Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter

Stay at the French Quarter and celebrate Mardi Gras 365 days a year!  After you check-in at this resort, you'll parade to your room down brick paved "streets" lit by gas lamps. The kids can splash the day away in Doubloon Lagoon (complete with Mardi Gras dragon slide and alligator fountains!) while you sip on a fruity drink from Mardi Grogs, the poolside bar.  The mood at the resort is laid-back elegance.  Wrought iron fences surround lush beds of azaleas and striking crepe myrtles. A number of fountains can be found tucked away throughout the grounds.  The main courtyard is lined by majestic palm trees.  Bus transportation is available to all the Disney theme parks.  Boat transportation is available to Downtown Disney.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are available at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory.  For a sit-down meal, stroll over to Boatwright's Dining Hall at the Riverside resort.
