has been specializing in Disney Vacations and booking vacations, incentive
travel and groups for over a decade. In 1992, frustrated by the fact that
the traveler to Orlando usually knew more than the booking agent, she
returned to school to remedy the situation. A 1995 and
2003 College of Disney Knowledge Graduate, and the
Universal Studio's Specialist Program, she has years of
dealing with the ins and outs of the travel industry. Her extensive client

Karen Piltz -Orlando
Specialist/Suite Specialist/Universal
Studio's Specialist: Karen's passion for Disney
becomes apparent as she helps you plan your Disney vacation. A College of
Disney Knowledge graduate, and
the Universal Studio's Specialist Program, most of her knowledge
comes from first hand experience. She and her family spend their yearly
vacations at WDW, where she has personally experienced every resort category
from value to deluxe. Karen will work with you to customize a vacation to
suit your individual style and budget. Her persistence in daily calls to

Debbie was
planning trips for family and friends long before she graduated from the
Disney College of Knowledge and the Universal Studios Specialist Program.
A former school teacher, Deb is at the head of the class when it comes to
planning that perfect WDW or Universal vacation. She will be sure the

family. Deb still believes in the Magic and hopes you will too when you

Wendy Lewis
Orlando Specialist & Special Needs: A graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, her
love for organization and details, Wendy utilizes her 15 years fundraising
and event planning experience in the Non Profit sector to maximize the
"Disney Magic" for her clients. She believes that a "Magical" vacation
begins with cost effective, stress free planning for all of her clients. Her
persistence in finding the "right" fit for each client’s budget and travel
needs, as well as her attention to detail, guarantee that you will
experience the "Disney Magic" at the best price possible! A former
Special Education Teacher, Wendy adds the extra touch needed when
extenuating circumstances arise in any vacation.
Terrisue Krogh
–Orlando Specialist - A graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and
Ithaca College School of Business, Terrisue has over 10 years experience in
management and sales. Terrisue loves researching and planning Disney trips
and has been helping friends for years. As a Disney fan, she has a first
hand knowledge of the theme parks and resorts. As her client she will share
her enthusiasm for saving money and love of planning to help you create a
“magical” vacation.
Denise Keeler -
Orlando & Anaheim Specialist - As a College of Disney Knowledge
graduate, knowing Disney from coast to coast comes easy for Denise. Having
grown up just 15 miles from Disneyland, she was the unofficial tour guide
for visiting family and friends. After moving to the Midwest for college,
she thought her Disney days were behind her, until she took her first visit
to Disney World. Now a regular visitor, she became a Disney World expert as
well. As the mother of three children, Denise has lots of tips and tricks
for those traveling with every age group. Denise always goes the extra mile
to get her clients the best value for their vacation dollars.

management experience in the credit industry, Melissa uses her customer

Stultz- Cruise Specialist:
Having tasted retirement and deciding it was not for her, Jean is back on a
part-time basis for cruise bookings. A former Disney Reservation Agent, she is also a College of
Disney Knowledge Graduate. Lovingly called the Cruise Queen by her
friends, she is always ready to set sail and find the best deals for
clients. Ask what group cruises Jean has planned, they are always great

Orlando Specialist: Kathy joins us as a graduate of the Disney College
of Knowledge and the onsite Disney Earmarked Agent Education program.
